It’s B Corp month!

What on earth is a B Corp, you might be asking? Well, now is the perfect time to find out because it’s B Corp month.

B Corps are businesses that have ditched the traditional model in favour of something different.

In order to become certified as B Corps, businesses have to meet high standards of transparency.

Money is not the only motivating factor for B Corps, and many of them donate substantial percentages of their income to charity. B Corps treat their employees with respect and do everything they can to work towards a more sustainable, more equitable world.

I’m proud to promote B Corps through the OPOH platform. Check out Delphis Eco, a UK-based B Corp taking ethical cleaning products to a new level.

The UK is home to the second largest B Corp community in the world. In the coming weeks I’ll be talking to plenty more of them so stay tuned. And don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter for the most up-to-date news from OPOH.

Make SlaveFree Normal

When you think of sustainability, the thing that may spring to mind is climate. But what about people?

You might think that slavery is a thing of the past. But there are 25 million slaves today. Modern slaves make the electronics, clothing, and food we in the West enjoy every single day.

I’ve been learning about modern day slavery here and I encourage you to do the same.

Please come back!

That’s all for now. We have some exciting things planned for the coming weeks so do come back soon!
